Our five cottages are perfect for larger families or family reunions. The rustic ambiance of our cottages will bring you back to the 1930’s and 40’s.

74 West Surf and 76 West Surf
Two of our cottages, 74 West Surf and 76 West Surf are located directly on the beach. Each has a screened-in porch facing the ocean. The Surfs each have three bedrooms with a pull-out sofa in the living room and can sleep up to eight people.

Ponce and Alcazar
Ponce and Alcazar are on King Street only a few steps from the beach. Their unusual names come from famous hotels in St. Augustine, Florida. Ponce and Alcazar have two bedrooms, have a fireplace and sleeper-sofa in the living room and can sleep up to six people.

Governor’s Cottage:
4 Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage. This cottage was once the family summer home of Frederick G. Payne a former Governor of Maine. Payne was born in 1904 in Lewiston and also served as a Mayor of Augusta, as well as a US Senator. Howard Hughes was his primary financier. In addition to his political public service, he served as a Captain in the Air Force during World War II.

* All cottages have a full kitchen, with microwave oven, stove, sink and refrigerator.
* Cottages have cable television.
* Cottages are air-conditioned but do not have heat.
* Cottages are rented by the week. See below for our rates.
