Our Old Orchard Beach Motel Amenities
Our mineral pool & spa is one of the newest on Old Orchard Beach! The pool area is located right on the beach with ocean views. There are jets in the kiddie area, as well as four waterfalls surrounding the pool. Relax in the spa and take in a great view of the Atlantic. Our pool is heated and is open to our guests May through October.
The grilling and picnic area at the Waves Oceanfront Resort is centrally located and is available for all of our guests to use. We have four grills and five picnic tables, so there should be plenty of space for everyone! Click images for larger views.

Directly on Old Orchard Beach! Waves Oceanfront Resort is fun for couples and families, and is directly on 7 miles of beach. Our heated, mineral salts outdoor pool is a great place to take a dip, and includes a spa tub. We are just a short walk from the Pier at Old Orchard Beach, which has restaurants, shopping and the only amusement park on the beach in Maine. We have spectacular sunrises in the morning over the water, followed by romantic moon rises in the evening. Come to the Waves Oceanfront Resort and experience Old Orchard Beach.
The Waves is a complex of several buildings, all within 150 yards from the beach, many with nice ocean views. We feature a large, mineral salts outdoor heated pool with fountains, along with a large therapy spa tub. Walk from your room onto the sand to swim, build sand castles, stroll in the surf looking for shells and rocks or just relax and enjoy the feel of the sun on your face while you enjoy the view.
