Ponce And Alcazar Cottages – 2 Bedrooms
Located on King Street, just a few steps from the beach, these two-bedroom cottages have a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a living room with pull out sleeper/ sofa. Although this cottage is not beachfront, the outdoor porch makes a great family gathering spot to enjoy the activities, sounds, and smells of the ocean. Other amenities include WIFI, complimentary coffee, unlimited local calls, air conditioning and cable television. Each bedroom contains one double bed. The cottage sleeps up to six people. Note: If needed, heat provided solely by single wall unit.. Each cottage includes:
- Full kitchen, with microwave oven, stove, sink, coffee maker and refrigerator.
- Cable television, wifi, bath with tub and shower
- Partially air-conditioned, but does not have heat.

Cottages have partial air conditioning, but do not have heat.
Reservations require an advance deposit of 30% of the total (payable by credit card, or money order) at the time the reservation is made. Full payment is due on arrival. No personal checks accepted at time of check in. All rooms must have a valid credit card on file (debit cards not accepted).
All rates are subject to the current 9% Maine Lodging Tax. Rates are subject to change.
