Take Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike (Saco – Old Orchard Beach).

After exiting, follow I-195 east.

After 2-½ miles I-195 ends and becomes Rte. 5 (Ocean Park Road).

Follow Rte. 5 straight ahead.

At 7-11 store, bear left onto Saco Avenue (still Rte 5).

Continue on for about a mile to the first traffic light.

Get in the right lane. Turn right on Union Avenue.

Follow Union Avenue to the second stop sign.

Turn left on West Grand Avenue.

At the next stop sign, you will see the Waves Oceanfront Resort on your right.
